The City of White Plains cabaret ordinance governs the operation of cabarets in the City. Cabarets are permitted only within the Central Business District of the City and in areas zoned as Light Industrial (CB-1, CB-2, CB-3, CB-4, UR-4, and LI). "Cabarets" is a Special Permit Use that requires approval by the White Plains Common Council.
Live Musical Entertainment Permit for accessory cabarets wishing to sell tickets in advance or charge a fee inside the premises for live musical entertainment.
