This program covers the requirements and Operating Permit information necessary for the New York State-mandated Condition Assessment for Parking Garages, as described in 19NYCRR Section 1203.3(j). The Owner or Operator of a parking garage shall engage a NYS Professional Engineer to perform an initial condition assessment of the garage, periodic inspections not to exceed three(3) years, and such additional condition assessments as determined by the responsible Engineer or where increased deterioration becomes apparent.
