LOCATION:

Baldwin Farm is an 18.5 acre park located in the Woodcrest Heights neighborhood in an area which was a rural character near the City's watershed lands. This park also features 45 community garden plots. Plots may be obtained by contacting the Recreation Department Administration office at 914-422-1336. There is currently a waiting list.

HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE:

Baldwin Farm was acquired in 1973. The Baldwin family farmed the land until 1971 when vandals burned down two barns and the farmhouse.
