Any multi-family rental or mixed-use development, including age-restricted/senior housing, that contains ten (10) or more residential rental units including new construction, conversion of non-residential structures to residential use, or substantial renovation of vacant residential structures must designate a portion of units to tenants whose annual income is between 40% and 110% of the Area Median Income in Westchester County.
