There will be no paper pick up on the Wednesdays December 27th and January 3rd. However, there will be a SPECIAL PAPER PICK UP on SATURDAY, December 30th, which we urge you to take advantage of.
Please join us downtown for the City of White Plains' Annual Family New Year's Eve Spectacular, featuring live music, ball drop, crowd countdown and fireworks display at Midnight. The festivities begin at 10 p.m.
