Learn the basic computer skills necessary for today’s workplace. By the end of this course you will have an understanding of computer file management – saving, organizing, and deleting files, as well as creating folders to organize your files. You’ll work on keyboarding for accuracy and speed and be introduced to Microsoft Excel, one of the most fundamental software programs used in professional settings. Participants will receive a free account for Microsoft 365 software. No prior computer experience necessary.

The Entry-level IT Help Desk Technician course will prepare you to earn the CompTIA A+ certification. The course provides hands-on instruction, covering the skills required to assemble, refurbish, upgrade, configure and troubleshoot personal computers.
