The state did not provide a county by county breakdown of Covid cases to day. The county did provide data to us indicating that there are currently 156 White Plains residents who have tested positive for the virus. Cumulatively, there have been 378 total hospitalizations of Westchester residents, currently 213 are hospitalized. There have been 19 deaths related to the virus county wide.
As of Wednesday the Bee Line Bus system will reduce service, operating on an enhanced Saturday schedule, please see the website for more information.
The Mayor’s office and Stepinac High School are hosting an American Red Cross blood drive at Stepinac on Thursday April 2, from 10am until 4pm. Donations are by appointment only and Covid19 safety protocols will be in place. To schedule an appointment or to obtain further information please call 1-800-RED CROSS or visit: redcrossblood.org Blood is in short supply; donations are greatly needed. Thank you volunteers!
