Notice is hereby given that the City of White Plains will release the Draft 2022-2023 Comprehensive Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program on September 5, 2022. This report outlines the actual use of CDBG resources, project accomplishments and progress made on goals identified in the Consolidated Plan from July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023.
The Draft Report will be made available for a 15-day public review and comment period from September 5, 2022 until September 19, 2022. The report can be viewed at the White Plains Planning Department at 70 Church Street or accessed online at: cityofwhiteplains.com/PlansReports.
The public is invited to participate in the Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 11, 2023 at 6:30 PM regarding the Draft Report. Participants will be presented with the opportunity to provide written and/or oral comments at the hearing. Written comments can also be submitted to the White Plains Planning Department at 70 Church Street or online via "Contact City Hall", accessible through the City's website. Comments received before September 19, 2023 will be incorporated into the final document where applicable.
