Tree Planting in White Plains in Honor of National Arbor Day

The City of White Plains, Department of Public Works and the White Plains Beatification Foundation are celebrating National Arbor Day on Thursday April 29th at 1:15 pm with 1st Grade students at Post Road School in White Plains. The city is promoting Arbor Day to educate children about the importance of caring for trees.
